Publication Ethics

GET Journal of Biosecurity and One Health is an international scholarly peer reviewed Open Access journal that aims to promote research in Biosecurity and One Health and other related fields. It is unequivocally committed to upholding strict ethical standards and ensuring the transparency of the processes of selection and publication of articles. The journal guarantees the integrity in sharing of scientific knowledge, following the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Guidelines. All stakeholders, including the editorial board, reviewers and authors are bound by and committed to respecting these provisions at each stage of the editorial process. The aim is to ensure the quality and integrity of published work in conformity with the ethical standards of global scientific community. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are evaluated using a ‘double-blind peer review system’: the authors do not know the identity of the reviewers just as the reviewers do not know the identity of the authors. Each article is read by at least two reviewers. If the evaluations of the reviewers diverge, then the editorial board solicits further opinions. Plagiarism check is conducted immediately upon receipt of manuscript using standard software.
